This release is expected to have bugs and there is some functionality still under development. However, this release is made to help early adopters of Tripal for Drupal 7. Reports of bugs or other issues are highly welcomed. Below are available resources for Tripal 2.0a
Tripal now has a new look as the Tripal 1.0 release date approaches!
This logo was designed by Pubudu Basnayaka at the University of Saskatchewan to commemorate the Tripal 1.0 release. The following images are available for use on scientific posters, publications and websites wishing to give recognition to Tripal. The first image is to be used on material with a light background; whereas, the second image is meant for material with a dark background.
We now have a Tripal Developer's Handbook online. You can find it here: http://gmod.org/wiki/Tripal_Developer%27s_Handbook The handbook provides instructions and examples for customizing template files and using variables for accessing any and all data in the Chado database. A second section is available with instructions for creating custom modules. The handbook highlights best practices for interfacing with Tripal.

A new demo site, housed at GMOD, is now available for version 0.3b.
We have just released a Tripal extension module which partially integrates a Drupal/Tripal site with GBrowse. It allows you to create GBrowse instances through your tripal site, as well as, register existing GBrowse instances. Furthermore, you can add/delete track definitions and load libraries of features that are currently in Tripal/Chado into the GBrowse MySQL database.
