Meg Staton's group of the Hardwood Genomcs Project and Co-PI of the NSF DIBBs Tripal Gateway Project will demonstrate setup and usage of the new Tripal Galaxy module, an introduction to usage of Tripal on Jetstream using Docker images, and an array of pre-made workflows, some containing new and useful workflow visualizations for end-users.   Everyone is invited to attend.

This Friday we will hold the first of three online training sessions this Fall.   All are welcome to attend.  The topic for this session will be installation and setup of a Tripal v3 website.  Tripal v3 is in an early release candidate state just prior to stable release.  Already, some existing sites have begun upgrading.  In this training we will cover the changes between Tripal v2 and v3, installation of a new Tripal v3 site, upgrading from a Tripal v2 site, and creation of new content.

Tripal Codefest

When: Jan 10-11 2023 (Wednesday-Thursday before PAG starts). 
Cost:  It is free to participate!
Registration:  Registration is still open!  Please fill out the Online Registration Form to attend.

Time:  9am-5pm
Who: Anyone interested in developing core Tripal, extension modules, or integration with Tripal or Tripal dependencies (i.e. Chado). We openly welcome anyone from the GMOD community or other open-source developers.
